There are total 1568 flats in 21 blocks in Soyak Mavisehir consisting of two phases. 880 flats located in 1st phase which is handed over on December 2007 will be handed over to their owners on October 2007. There are 688 flats in 2nd phase.

Soyak has the right to make any kind of amendment in the project in case of any technical requirement.
