P.S: Those documents shall be delivered to Soyak by all customers during entering into Real Property Sales Agreement. (For the sales on account, it will be made an appointment with the customers upon calling one by one by Soyak in order to enter into Real Property Sales Agreement after your credit application is approved.)

- Documents Required to be Delivered to 2nd Banks (For the Purchases by Housing Loan) documents required to be submitted to the Bank are determined by the credit institutions. Delivery period for those documents is 2 days as from the payment date of forfeit indemnity.

- Document Certifying Revenue (For Persons Using Housing Loan)
- In case of being employed by an establishment; Copy of the original payroll sheet belonging to the latest month, in the absence of payroll sheet, letter of salary issued by the company and the list of authorized signatures certifying that the person approving represents the company, trade registry gazette showing the company's partnership structure for the person approving, bank's letter in case of any interest income.
- In case of being Self-Employed Person; copy of membership certificate obtained from Professional Organizations, copy of tax registration certificate for the latest two years, approved by Tax Office or Certified Public Accountant who is a member of TURMOB, statement of account for the years of 2003 - 2004, bank's letter in case of any interest income.
- In case of being Company's Partner; Tax Registration Certificate, trial balance for the year of 2004 (detailed trial balance), trade registry gazette (company capital and partnership structure), company's two-year balance sheet for the years of 2003 - 2004, approved by tax office or Certified Public Accountant, Detailed Trial Balance for the year of 2004, bank's letter in case of any interest income.
- In case of being retired; copy of original identity card issued by the concerning social security institution, document certifying the latest salary paid (bank receipt, bankbook, etc.), real estate possession information (copies of title deed) if any, lease contract certifying lease income if any, bank account activity where the lease value is paid in the absence of contract, bank's letter in case of any interest income.
- In case of holding real estate income; copies of original lease contracts, bank account activity where the lease value is paid in the absence of contract, copies of title deed and license belonging to the real estate and vehicles declared in the application form, bank's letter in case of any interest income
