Projecting is a contractual relationship in which the contractor is fully responsible for the fulfillment of the procedures of projecting, production, marketing, sales and transfer or property while the income acquired upon the sales subsequent to Project realization is shared among the landowner and the contractor to the extent of the ratios set forth under the contract.

A small portion of the project had garbage remains from 20 years ago. According to the reports given by the Ministry of Environment, the garbage rehabilitation made formerly in this area was found to be acceptable while a part of the remains were transferred and considered no hindrance for the construction of estates. In addition, the complete garbage detected by our company in the area as partial remains have been transferred to garbage dump areas specified by the Municipality of Çiğli.

The heating system of the apartments is projected as central heating system. The system to be used also offers the possibility of switching to natural gas. Each block shall be installed an independent heating system while the heating costs will be collected by the management.

Warm water usage too will utilize the central system like in the heating facility of the blocks while this method will ensure 24 hours warm water supply.

The apartments of the Soyak Mavişehir project are delivered with the electrics and water supply ready for use, thus the counters will have been installed. Each apartment shall have 2 filtering counters as one for warm and one for potable water use. The amount of your water consumption will be determined by the site management and informed to you accordingly.

Yes. The heat insulation is supplied in the form of internal coating of the pre-casting exterior façades and tunnel walls according to the Heat Insulation Rules. Heat insulation is made by means of coating the wall surfaces with a material named extrude polystyrene. The heat insulation made ensures increase of heating comfort and fuel saving to a significant extent. The bottom of the floors is coated with a noise insulation shield. In addition, dual glass system is used with climate control solution.

The TV installation of the buildings will be compatible with cable TV and satellite / Digiturk system. Any clients who supply the required decoder or receiver may be able to benefit from Digiturk or satellite TV. The infrastructure and piping construction will be made upon cable TV system installation by Türk Telekom.

The service provider for ADSL - broadband Internet connection is the Turkish Telecom. The residents of Soyak Mavişehir will take advantage of this service in case of Turkish Telecom's service supply.

Soyak will supply a telephone infrastructure of 4 lines for each apartment. However, the assignment of the lines is under the Turkish Telecom's responsibility.

Adequate generators will be installed for uninterrupted power supply for the block entrances, block areas, elevators, environmental illumination, building water supply and fire fighting tank pumps and the central heating facility of the buildings.

Soyak Mavişehir project features apartments designed for the accommodation of janitor staff, however, decisions regarding the employment of janitors will be in the site management's discretion.

The garbage will be thrown through the ducts in the aisles and collected in the garbage collection containers in the waste storage room.

The garbage duct covers will be made of sheet with electrostatic paint and sealed to prevent smell. The garbage ducts and storage rooms shall be equipped with a washing installation controlled by the garbage storage room. The garbage will be disposed in the containers available in the waste storage rooms after being thrown through the garbage ducts.

Fire alarm buttons will be available in each floor hall in Soyak Mavişehir.
