The Real Estate Immovable Investment Partnership is the landowner of Soyak Mavişehir. SOYAK undertook the design, construction and sales of this project upon the tender award.
What is the Income Share method?
Projecting is a contractual relationship in which the contractor is fully responsible for the fulfillment of the procedures of projecting, production, marketing, sales and transfer or property while the income acquired upon the sales subsequent to Project realization is shared among the landowner and the contractor to the extent of the ratios set forth under the contract.

What is the delivery deadline of the Soyak Mavişehir Project?
The delivery deadline for the first phase of the Soyak Mavişehir project is December 2007. The delivery of the second phase is October 2008.

Does the Soyak Mavişehir Project feature a mosque construction?
The design, construction and sales-marketing of Soyak Mavişehir have been assigned to SOYAK by the EGYO upon tender and income sharing method. However, the public plan studies conducted by the state do not include an area of any RELIGIOUS FACILITY in the region where the Soyak Mavişehir Project is located. Therefore, this issue is excluded from SOYAK's authorities and responsibilities.

Will Soyak Mavişehir provide a regulation for our pets?
In Soyak Mavişehir, the presence of pets in the children's playgrounds, sports fields and lawns is prohibited. Pet walks in the areas considered appropriate by the administration will be possible.
How will Soyak Mavişehir's Site Administration be formed? Will Soyak participate?
Prior to the estate delivery dates, the estate owners will be invited to the meeting for the appointment of the site administration. Upon such meetings to be held, the General Board, Board s of Directors and Management as well as the primary and secondary members will be appointed. The meetings are held in two stages and if during the first stage, no majority is present, the second meetings will be held without majority restriction. The Provisional Management to be formed will act in cooperation with the Soyak representatives for the commencement of the site activity and operation for the periods set forth in the management plan. Both parcels will be managed on a separate basis and the management will be formed by the representatives to be elected from each block.
Can I see the Soyak Mavişehir site administration plan?

How are the Soyak Mavişehir Management Fees arranged?
The responsibility of the site residents for the management fees determined by the site administration shall commence simultaneously with the commencement of the site activities upon the delivery dates stipulated in the contract. The non-delivery of the estates does not prejudice to this liability as per the contract.
The amount of the fees is settled upon submission of the annual budget prepared by the site management following its formation, to the general board and upon its approval. The content of the items included in the management fees as well as their method of share are specified in the management plan. Announcements relating to the fee amounts will be made by the site management to the estate owners on a separate basis.
Can we enclose our balconies of our apartments in Soyak Mavişehir?
The balconies of the apartments may by no means be enclosed. Any addition to the iron made security barriers is also prohibited. Hanging laundry in the balconies is also not permitted. Flowerpots may be placed only inside of the balconies. Placement of flowerpots onto the exterior borders is strictly forbidden. Furthermore, the placement of sunshades, tarps and parasols in the balconies is not allowed.
Can we install iron barriers to our apartments in Soyak Mavişehir?
The shape of the iron barriers to be furnished to the windows of the base floor apartments must comply with the rules set forth by the administration. Barriers with a different shape and design are prohibited. The site residents are required to contact the site administration if they would like to furnish their apartment with barriers.
