Can I purchase estate through housing loan in Soyak Mavişehir Project?
Any customers may purchase estate in the Soyak Mavişehir project if they wish to do so. However, no CUSTODY sales are made with the use of housing loan. Soyak Mavişehir Project offers housing loan facilities through Garanti Bankası and Finansbank.
Is the customer responsible for a timely loan allocation?
According to the commitment you sign upon your real estate purchase decision, you are responsible for credit allocation within 10 days as of down payment.
What should be done to learn the credit approval status?
If the result of the credit application assessment is negative, the relevant finance institution will contact our customer and informs about the reason of such rejection. In case of approval, the customer is contacted by Soyak and informed about the appointment and agreement date.
My loan application was rejected. Why?
For any information on rejected loan applications you can contact the respective persons in charge at Garanti Bankası / Finansbank.
What to do when client loan application is REJECTED?
The relevant finance institution shall contact the client and make the required statements. SOYAK is then informed about the feedback. SOYAK Sales Team will consult the client and give the required directions if the client would wish to make a cash purchase. The proceedings for the return of down payment are made if the client does not prefer cash purchase.
What are the conditions of the client's premature payback of loan in whole or part?

Can I utilize housing loan of another finance institution while purchasing estate from the Soyak Mavişehir Project?
Yes. However, if the customer wishes to utilize loan from a finance institution other than that under contract of the project, he/she will have to sign acash purchase contract and pay the amounts specified in the payment plan. At this point, the client will receive the amount to be utilized and demanded from the credit institutionprior to mortgage on the title deed while the credit institution may put mortgage on the title deed after the delivery of the title deed certificate to the client by Soyak following the payments specified in Soyak Mavişehir Immovable Property Agreement. The customer will be granted a copy of his / her Immovable Property Sales Agreement signed during credit utilization.
The solution of this matter is completely between the client and the respective finance institution where Soyak is not to be held responsible.
