Common Site Area
- The infrastructure works relating to the required amount of power supply shall be done and feeding lines will be founded. Block entrances, halls, elevators, illuminations and building water and fire depot hydrants shall be furnished with a generator capable of uninterrupted power supply.
- Apartment suitesb will be supplied with water via stainless steel pressure tanks from the potable networks built with the required capacity.
- Telephone network infrastructure will be installed.
- During the construction process, the internal natural gas supply of the complex will be provided with the İGDAŞ and/or Soyak facilities.
- Heating of each suite will be supplied by individual and hermetic type combi system. Heating system will be installed and equipped with panel radiators while the combi and natural gas counters will be supplied by Soyak.
- Paths and outdoor car parking areas will be built within the site.
- The swimming pool will be built along with sun bath terraces and pool filtration systems in the area provided on the draft location map.
- The project will comprise one in and outdoor playground and one basketball field.
- The complex will be surrounded by walls and/or wire fence and iron balustrades and feature two checkpoints.
- Building interior elevator access will be provided in consideration of the wheelchair and baby wagon traffic, the social facility (swimming pool area) will be designed to allow wheelchair and baby wagon access and the WC will be designed to allow access by handicapped users.
- Floral landscape design will be made throughout the complex.
- An intercom system to provide communication between the site's entrance gates and the apartment suites will be installed.
- The TV installations of the buildings will be delivered with complete cable TV infrastructure.
- The kitchens will feature an alarm gas detector (interior audio-signal type and solenoid valve gas switch-off system) and fire alarm buttons will be available in the floor halls.
- Bicycle parking areas will be built.
- Offices for Site Administration and Service Company will be built within the complex area.
Rough Construction Details
- The buildings will comprise concrete carcass. Construction techniques in use are mat founding and tunnel formwork.
- Exterior walls will be made of bricks, etc. while interior walls by brick walls, concrete panel or gypsum panel, etc.
- Exterior façade finishes are acrylic based coat with silicon additive (waterproof exterior coat) while interior will be finished by acrylic based plastic paint.
- The roofs are terrace style and will feature proper heat and water insulation.
- Exterior mantling technique will be applied for heat insulation.
- Impact noise insulation will be achieved by noise insulation shields to be laid underneath fiber reinforced material.
General
Block Entrances: Floor and steps will be marble coated and wall finishes will be made of plastic paint on gypsum plaster.
Doors: Interior apartment doors will be furnished with wooden casing in American style panel coated wing (door skin or equivalent.)
Carpentries: The carpentries will comprise PVC with dual glass. Blind case PVC carpentries will allow the interior installation method. Each apartment suite will feature a "dual access mechanism" hinge window wings.
Other Accessories: All bedrooms and living rooms will feature cornices and ceiling ornaments (except for the entrance, corridor and kitchen). The entrance halls, corridors, balconies and kitchens will be equipped with lighting fixtures.

Ventilation Fan: All apartment suites will feature built in slider type ventilating fans.

Mechanical And Electrical Installations
- TSE certified material will be used for the electrical installation. Apartment interiors will feature telephone and TV sockets in the living room and all bedrooms. Kitchen balconies of 3+1 type suites will be equipped with an additional socket.
- Multiple socket (4) applications will be done in the TV location of the living room.
- Each apartment will be delivered with 4 external telephone line infrastructures.
- Each floor hall in the block interiors will feature a charged type "Emergency Lighting Equipment".
