Heating and warm water requirement of each apartment suite will be met by an individual, hermetic type combi system. Heating installation with panel type radiators will be available. Customers are responsible for the supply of the combi, natural gas counters and subscription agreement with the natural gas provider.

The management fee related obligations of the site residents as determined by the site administration will commence simultaneously with the launch of the site activities upon the delivery dates as stipulated in the contract. The non-delivery of the estates does not prejudice to this liability as per the contract.

The amount of the fees is settled upon submission of the annual budget prepared by the site management following its formation, to the general board and upon its approval. The scope of the items included in the management fees as well as their method of share, are specified in the management plan. Enclosure of balconies in the apartment suites is in no way possible. Supplements for the iron security barriers are also prohibited.
