Soyak Evreka Project is situated at the Soğanlık turnout of the Istanbul - Ankara Highway (E5). Our project is located right next to the Kartal YSKY Regional Management building. Soyak Evreka will be built on the former Haymak factory area.

Access to our sales office through E5 from Kadıköy by car: Drive along E5 in Ankara direction, turn right at the Kartal crossroad, pass over to the other side of the road, drive ahead towards Kadıköy and enter the side road at the Soğanlık turnout at the iSKi service building.

Access via TEM, European Side: Enter the E5 highway through the Ankara - Bostancı turnout after passing over to the Asian side via the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge. Drive ahead in the Ankara direction, turn right at the Kartal crossroad, pass over to the other side of the road, drive ahead towards Kadıköy and enter the side road at the Soğanlık turnout at the iSKi service building.

Access via TEM, Ankara Direction: You may access the project area by entering the Uğur Mumcu turnout after exiting the Kartal - Samandıra ticket boxes en route the TEM Ankara highway or driving ahead and entering E-5 via Kartal Crossroad, in Kadıköy direction, turning to Soğanlık crossroad at the İSKİ Service Building and driving along the sideroad.

Access via E-5, Ankara Direction: Driving ahead towards Kadıköy from the Ankara direction after passing the Kartal Crossroad, you may access our sales office after turning to Soğanlık crossroad at the İSKİ Service Building and driving along the sideroad.

Mass transport acess to the Soyak Evreka Project is also available by all mass transport vehicles servicing between Kadıköy - Gebze and vice versa.

Stepping out at the bus stop in Kartal Gümüş Pınar Mah. en route from Ankara direction (Kartal) and Süeyman Kule when driving from Kadıköy direction would be convenient.
