Is Purchase of estates by home loan facility available in the Soyak Evreka Project?

Customers wishing to purchase estates by home loan in the Soyak Evreka project may do so. However, no CUSTODY sales are made with the use of home loan. Soyak Evreka Project offers housing loan facilities through Garanti Bankası and Akbank.

Is the customer responsible for a timely loan allocation?

According to the commitment you sign upon your real estate purchase decision, you are responsible for credit allocation within 10 days as of down payment.

What should be done to obtain information on the credit approval / rejection status? gerekir?

If the result of the credit application assessment is negative, the relevant finance institution will contact our customer and informs about the reason of such rejection. In case of approval, the customer is contacted by Soyak and informed about the appointment and agreement date.

My loan application is rejected. Why?

You may consult this matter with the respective persons in charge at Garanti Bankası and Akbank.

What should be done in case of customer loan REJECTION?

The concerning finance institution contacts the client and makes the required statements. SOYAK is then informed about the feedback. The Soyak Sales Team consults the client and gives the required directions if the client would wish to make a cash purchase. The proceedings for the return of down payment are made if the client does not prefer cash purchase.

What are the conditions of the customer complete or partial pay-off of the loan granted by a finance institution?

Is simultaneous home loan utilization from a further finance institution during purchase of a Soyak Evreka Project property feasible?

Yes, however, the customer is required to ute a cash sales contract and disburse the amounts set out in the payment schedule if he/she wishes to utilize loan from a third party institution. At this point, the respective institution may impose a lien on the title deed following the submission of such deed to the customer by Soyak where the customer would obtain the amount of loan from such finance institution prior to the imposition of liens on the condominium certificare and making the payments provided in the Soyak Evreka Real Estate Contract. The customer will obtain a counterpart of the Real Estate Sales Contract as uted during loan utilization.

Such issue should be resolved by mutual agreement between the Customer and the finance institution granting the home loan and Soyak does not assume any responsibility.
