Can I obtain the ground study report of the Soyak Evreka Project?
Anyone may receive the ground study report regardless of buyer or not.
What is the buildings status in terms of earthquake safety?
Soyak Evreka Project construction is designed and developed in full compliance with the earthquake regulations in force and all conditions required by the directives are satisfied. Separate drilling studies are made underneath each individual block along with general geophysical studies conducted on the complete property. Geological and Geotechnical Study Reports are approved by the Chamber of Geology Engineers while the same report is also acknowledged by the İTÜ Construction and Earthquake Application and Research Institute. The ground group category is A1, local ground class: Z1, ground safety tension is assigned as 3,5kg/cm2. The project is implemented under supervision of a counselor lecturer of the İTÜ ground division throughout the entire project course.
Can I obtain information on the construction method of the estates?
Construction Methodology (Tunnel Formwork)
Our civil works are carried out using the mat foundation and tunnel forwork systems. In this system, the complete perpendicular bearers are implemented in the form of rigid concrete shear walls. The provisions of the specifications in force are met by the installation of symmetrical rigid concrete shear wall in all structures. The bearer system of a building using tunnel formwork comprises shears and pavings. By using the tunnel formwork system, the walls and furnishings of an apartment suite are produced on integrated basis.
Foundation System (Mat Foundation)
Following the laying of foundation, the base is subjected to blockage. This procedure is made by means of laying and pressurizing the granular material on the foundation ground. Following blockage, grob concrete is applied and leveled. The ironwork is assembled in compliance with the project parameters after the basic water insulation procedure. A massive concrete block is formed by means of adding reinforced concrete to this steel mass (C 25 quality concrete is used).
How are the foundations protected against corrosion?
No underground water issues will be faced while the entire project foundations will be subject to surround method insulation. In addition, the drainage lines around the buildings will connected to rainwater discharge lines to enure adequate protection against underground water impacts.
What quality concrete is used for the Soyak Evreka Project?
Basefloor and story concretes are made of C25 category, high resistant concrete material.
How will the foundations be protected against corrosion?
All our foundations are insulated by the bundling system and protected against ground water effects in the said project where any groundwater problem will not be encountered.
