Some words being used in world literature attain the power of representing an idea, concept or an activity beyond their actual meanings and are elude from their etymons and globalized and used as the same symbolic power in all world languages, just like the word of Siesta...

The Romanesque word of Siesta which means "pleasure/relaxation/time for energy storage" finds its actual meaning with Soyak Siesta project and means a living space offering a pleasant life.

The land owner is Soyak in Soyak Siesta project. The construction works of Soyak Siesta project are undertaken by the contractor companies as it is in Soyak's other projects. The sale of the project is carried out by Soyak.

A part of the Soyak Siesta project land is allocated by Soyak for the public such as Basic education, park, dispensary, market place, etc. The responsibility for the constructions to be made on those areas shall not belong to Soyak.

Soyak Siesta Project consists of more than one dwelling parcels. Each dwelling parcel shall be an independent site in case that any construction work is made thereon. There is not any area belonging to the public within those sites.

However, there are public roads and parcels belonging to the public among those dwelling parcels as required by the development plan within the scope of the project. Those parcels have park, children's playground, square, elementary school, etc. Any facility to be located on those parcels belonging to the public are not undertaken by our company and shall be constructed by the concerning administrations. Any specific date is not stated regarding when those facilities will be constructed and put into the service.

There is not any RELIGIOUS FACILITY AREA within the scope of Soyak Siesta Project in accordance with the development plan which is issued by the Public Institutions and the concerning administrations and in force as of the date when the project is offered for sale. Therefore, this matter is beyond the authorization and responsibilities of Soyak.

Feeding of pets in Soyak Siesta is allowed within the scope of Administration Plan. Pets will be walked only at the areas approved by the administration.

There is not any flat having sea-view at the 1st and 2nd phase of Siesta project. However, all flats facing exterior part have a view of Izmir Gulf and Mavisehir.

A non-display intercom system providing communication between the site entrance doors, block entrance doors, social facilities and the flats shall be installed for the flats.

There is not any area which may be used as storage area at the blocks located in Soyak Siesta.

There are shelters at the basement floors of the blocks. Shelters can not be used as storage area; since those areas must be used in accordance with its purpose, it shall not be allowed to put any goods thereon.

Floor plan, gross and net square meters of the flat are notified to our customers and those details are specified in the introductory kits given to them. Besides, it is possible to have an idea about the dwelling's decoration by visiting the sample flats.

Wind shield is designed against external atmosphere effects for all block entries located at the Soyak Siesta project.

High voltage line does not pass through 1st and 2nd phase. Its distance to the blocks is approximately 220 meters at the nearest point. At other phases (in Plot Nos. 9787 and 9788), the distance of the blocks at the nearest point is 12 meters. This distance is determined by the regulation and therefore does not cause any inconvenience.

We, as Soyak, are not authorized to take any action at the areas outside the land borders. Those are under the responsibility of the Municipality.

There are 2 swimming pools; having 331 m2 per each.

Each phase will be a closed site. The site will be surrounded by gabion which is called as wire fence and mesh. Site wall will be approximately minimum 2, 00 meters.
