The word of "Siesta" is not a Turkish name. Why didn't you use a Turkish name?
Some words being used in world literature attain the power of representing an idea, concept or an activity beyond their actual meanings and are elude from their etymons and globalized and used as the same symbolic power in all world languages, just like the word of Siesta...
The Romanesque word of Siesta which means "pleasure/relaxation/time for energy storage" finds its actual meaning with Soyak Siesta project and means a living space offering a pleasant life.
Who is the land owner in Soyak Siesta Project? Which company utes the construction and sales operations?
The land owner is Soyak in Soyak Siesta project. The construction works of Soyak Siesta project are undertaken by the contractor companies as it is in Soyak's other projects. The sale of the project is carried out by Soyak.
Why was Soyak Mavisehir Panorama project cancelled, which was offered for sales on the same land?
Since our customers "primarily" preferred purchasing flat from 2nd phase of Soyak Mavisehir during sales of our Soyak Mavisehir Panorama project, we attached the priority and concentration on the sales of this project. We created Siesta project and offered for sales upon developing current project facilities and making innovations in its design in consideration of our customers' expectations and demands.
What is the square meter of the Project area in Soyak Siesta? What are the dimensions of the construction and green area?
The area of the 1st section is 22.916 m2, green area 7300 m2, base floor area of the buildings 3.496 m2 and the construction area is 42.380 m2, currently on sale. The buildings are settled on one sixth of the total area. One third of the project consists of green area.
Total area of the project is 39.459 m2, green area 11.550 m2, base floor area of the buildings 7.303 m2 and the construction area is 81.270 m2. (The change in square meter of the total construction area is due to the calculations made in the areas belonging to the car parks, social facilities and swimming pools.) The buildings are settled on one fifth of the total area. One fourth of the project consists of green area.
What is the ceiling height in buildings?
Net storey height is approximately 2.67 meters in buildings.
Will there be any housekeeper's flat in Soyak Siesta?
There is housekeeper's flat in Soyak Siesta project as required by the regulation. However, any housekeeper is not employed in accordance with the administration plan. Therefore, housekeepers' flats are arranged as social facility.
What are the car park facilities in Soyak Siesta?
There are 395 car parks corresponding to 372 flats located in 1st phase.
Open and closed car parks are available in order to meet the requirements within the scope of the project. Car parks are available at the rate of 95% for the number of the project flats located within the site. An additional car park having the capacity of 25 cars is also located out of the site entrance.
Is there an adequate lighting system at the car park / garage in Soyak Siesta Project?
Car parks are located inside the site and equipped with an adequate lighting system.
What are the social facilities in Soyak Siesta?
Terraces, basketball fields and tennis courts, open playgrounds for children, ornamental pool, 2 swimming pools having 331 m2 and resting spaces together with plenty of green areas will be provided in Soyak Siesta project. Some spaces to be used as playgrounds for children, game centers, gymnasium and café (2 Nos.), designated by the site administration in order to be furnished upon request and for which the necessary infrastructure is established are also among the social facilities.
Are the flats equipped with air-conditioner in Soyak Siesta Project?
Flats are not equipped with air-conditioners in Soyak Siesta project. However, the places are designated for the air-conditioners in the projects and the electric lines will be installed.
How is the heating and hot water system in flats of Soyak Siesta Project?
Heating system is designed in compliance with hermetic (not requiring fire flue) type heating boiler for each flat. Central heating system and panel radiators will be installed. Heating boiler and natural gas counters shall be provided by the flat owner. The subscription agreement with Izmirgaz shall be personally entered into by the customer.
I purchased a flat from Soyak Siesta Project, will I buy the electricity, water and natural gas counters?
In accordance with the power of attorneys submitted by you to us upon purchasing the flat; your electricity, water and natural gas susbsciption transactions shall be performed on behalf of you. The flat owner may use the water and electricity upon residing. The person to reside at the flat is obliged to pay the assurance (guarantee) and counter values to IZMIRGAZ and enter into an agreement for disposal of gas with IZMIRGAZ and also make the heating boiler installed to his flat. Then the customer may request for arranging an appointment from IZMIRGAZ upon applying to Soyak by means of this certificate.
Are there any heat and sound insulation in flats?
Yes, heat insulation is provided by exterior thermal sheathing technique in accordance with the Regulation on Heat Insulation. Heat insulation is performed by covering the wall surfaces with the material called extruded polystyrene. Heat insulations provide an increase in heating comfort and saving in fuel consumption.
For the penthouses, 2 layers of membrane waterproofing, 8 cm of heat insulation over, trowel coating and ceramics will be installed for the penthouses where walking is available. Podima gravel will be laid on other roofs. For impact sound insulation, blanket type sound insulation will be used under fiber compounded trowel coating for furnishings.
Is there any possibility to watch satellite broadcasting in Soyak Siesta?
Cable TV infrastructure and central TV-Satellite system (with a certain number of channel), Digiturk TV system, 32 local channels (without a need for satellite receivers) shall be delivered as ready for the building TV installations.
In the event that the decoder and receiver are provided by the customer;
- certain foreign channels broadcasting by Hotbird satellite,
- certain local channels broadcasting by Turksat satellite,
- Digiturk channels will be available, in case of having current subscription or new subscription
In case that the cable broadcasting system is provided by Turk Telekom, infrastructure piping system shall be installed within the site.
Is ADSL (High Speed Internet) available in Soyak Siesta Project?
Rendering the service of ADSL - high speed internet is included within the scope of Turk Telekom services. In the event that Turk Telekom provides such service for Soyak Siesta, then it will be available for the flat owners.
