May I obtain the land survey report belonging to Soyak Siesta Project?
Land survey report is provided by the sales offices for any person without considering whether such person purchased the flat or not. You may obtain our land survey reports from our sales offices.
What is the security system of the buildings against earthquake?
All constructions in Soyak Siesta Project are designed in accordance with the earthquake regulation. All terms and conditions required by the regulation are duly provided. Drilling works were carried out separately under all blocks and geophysical surveys were carried out on entire site (resistivity-specific resistance surveys and seismic refraction surveys). Those were all inspected by the Association of Civil Engineers, Geology and Geophysics Engineers. During the project period, the works are continued under the control of supervisor professor from Istanbul Technical University, professorship of ground.
May I get information about the construction technique of the dwellings?
Construction system of the dwellings (Reinforced Concrete Carcass System)
All vertical bearings of the dwellings to be constructed by reinforces concrete carcass system are formed as reinforced concrete walls. All those are designed in accordance with the provision "Systems carrying entire earthquake effects by reinforced concrete walls" of the specification in force and all conditions are provided. Foundations of the structures are arranged as massive raft.
Foundation System (Raft Foundation)
The foundation is excavated. Blocking process is applied on the foundation base. This process is carried out by laying and compacting the granular material onto the foundation base. It is leveled by pouring lean concrete upon blocking process. Iron equipments are connected in accordance with the project upon manufacturing of the foundation waterproofing. A heavy concrete mass is formed by pouring the reinforced concrete into this steel stack (the concrete class is C25).
How will the foundations be protected against corrosion?
All our foundations are insulated by the bundling system and protected against ground water effects in the said project where any groundwater problem will not be encountered.
What will be the impact of the water density on the foundation in winter?
Depth of the static water level is 80-120 meters and surface waters will be drained by the storm water drainage lines.
What are the features of the concrete used in Soyak Siesta Project?
C 25 Class and high-strength concrete will be used for foundation and floor concretes.
