Transfer Procedures

Is any payment required for the transferring transaction of the customer's flat in Soyak Siesta Project?

If any person purchases a flat by owing to the bank, the said person shall not have any option to transfer the debt to 3rd parties. The said person may transfer his/her flat by paying all the debts in cash.

SOYAK does not require any additional fee for transferring. Besides, any amount required by the law for the title deed (Buying-Selling Fees, etc) are paid by the customer. If any bank loan is not used, only the amounts required by the law for the title deed (Buying-Selling Fees, etc) are paid by the customer.

For detailed information, you should contact with the bank authorities providing credit facilities, in due course.

What is the procedure for the flat owners in transferring their flats in Soyak Siesta?

If a customer purchasing the flat in cash desires to perform "Transfer Transaction" in Soyak Siesta,

Shall apply to the Customer Services Team. All applications made to other teams shall also be forwarded to the Customer Services Team.

Customer Services Team (CST (MHT)) shall receive the application and request the following documents from the customer for the transfer of the flat.

  1. Type Petition (Petition bearing original signature of the Transferor)
  2. Power of Attorney (1 photo notarized power of attorney to be provided by the Transferee, 2 power of attorneys without photo)
  3. Customer Information Form (to be filled out and signed by the Transferee)
  4. Copy of Identity Card
  5. Citizenship Number
  6. Statement of Signature (Notarized)
  7. Certificate of Residence
  8. Copy of Title Deed (Title Deed issued on the name of Transferee - if the application for transfer is made prior to the transferring transaction at the Land Registry Office, then it will be requested to bring this document after the transferring transaction at the Land Registry Office. In failure of bringing the said document, the customer shall be notified that the transferring transaction will not be completed.)
  9. Fee Statement No.2 -2 Nos.

The customer may either prepare the above mentioned documents and deliver to any Sales Office by hand or send to the Customer Services Team via courier.
