Inspection Trips
At Soyak we are pleased to offer inspection trips to enable you to choose your perfect apartment or apartments in our projects. We will arrange your trip to fit in with your schedule and specifications. Our inspections are 3 days long and include 4 star accomodation in Turkey.
Itinerary of Inspection trips
Our representatives will meet you at the airport and will escort you personally to your accommodation.
On the first day you will be shown the city and city life, places of interest both in and around the city by our representative. You will then be shown our completed projects and our current developments before visiting our Sales Office to choose your property/properties.
If you decide to buy a property from Soyak Projects we will ask you to pay a deposit of £1000 to secure the property. Then:
- Soyak's Procedurement department will apply to the Military Office for permission on your behalf, this usually takes between 2 and 12 weeks to complete.
- Granting Power of Attorney to Soyak's Procedurement Department allows them to act on your behalf to apply for your Mortgage application and military permission and also to transfer the Title Deed to your name
- Once you have your military permission approval and Mortgage approval, the title deed will be transferred on your behalf by our Procedurement Department.
