History of Soyak

Founded in 1961, Soyak's first significant project was the construction of dormitory for Tuzla Infantry Academy.

Soyak built several factories and social facilities in the 60's and, completed it's first residential project in the 70s. In 1975, Soyak undertook its first project abroad in Libya and started to make a name for itself in the international arena.

The 1980s was a period of transition and expansion for the Turkish economy and also for Soyak. The company completed a great number of modern residential projects and enabled nearly 50,000 people to become homeowners.

Now in the 2000's, Soyak is the first brand that comes to mind for "Residential Real Estate" and is providing modern living units to its customers in İstanbul and İzmir. Soyak's Yenişehir Project, which consisted of 3000 residential units in an area of 320,000m2 initiated a new project: Soyak Olympiakent. The Soyak Olympiakent project, consisting of 3,600 units on a 1,000,000m2 site was completed in 2006. Another project, Soyak Evreka was launched in Kartal, Istanbul in 2007 with 660 units sold in just two weeks! Soyak's first Project in Izmir Soyak Mavişehir, 99% has been sold before the completion consisting of 1600 properties in Izmir.

Soyak has been providing modern living units to its customers with various projects completed since 1961 and maintains quality standards as a high priority for all its activities. Its focus on quality increases customer satisfaction and builds on generating repeat customers. As a result, with its 47 years of experience, Soyak has become the leader of the real estate market by helping some 50,000 families become homeowners.

The company employs around 300 professionals which increases to 2,000 with the inclusion of business partners' employees for on-going projects.

The Customer satisfaction oriented approach, close relations with suppliers (i.e. providing free training sessions) and continuous process improvement in operations are all major factors in Soyak's success.
